How does Custom Jewelry Work?
Chat with Taylor virtually or in our shop. We will share CAD images with you allowing you to visualize the conceptualized piece. Then we make it in house. You can even reuse your own stones!

Know exactly what you want, or only that you want something? Either works. We ask about who will wear it, their lifestyle, and any stones you are bringing, so the design fits the life it will live in.
Taylor is a professional CAD/CAM jewelry designer. He develops several ideas on paper and on-screen, design in-store with him, or review the drafts from home. You approve a photo-real model before anything is made.
Once the design is settled, the quote is built from the actual materials. No hidden fees, no gimmicks, you know precisely what you are making and paying before a single payment.
A half deposit starts the four-to-five-week build. You have worked directly with the person making it, and we know you will love it, because you made it.

How long does a custom piece take? +
Four to five weeks from deposit for most pieces. Design and quoting before that move at your pace, there is no pressure and no charge until you approve the design.
Can I use stones from jewelry I already own? +
Yes, heirloom stones are one of the most common starting points. Taylor checks each stone at the bench first, and the design is built around what you bring.
What does the consultation cost? +
Nothing. You discuss ideas with Taylor, see realistic CAD renderings, and get an exact quote, all before ever spending a dime.
What should I bring to the first meeting? +
Anything or nothing: sketches, a Pinterest board, photographs, an heirloom piece, or just a rough budget and the occasion. Taylor can show you ring models and compile ideas with you in the store.
